Introduced in 1999, miracle tubes are made from 100% recycled HDPE with UV-Color mix that helps it last for 5 to 7 years. The formulated polyethylene material has just the right color and density to promote good tree health. Vents start halfway up to allow herbicide spray around the base. The tube design expels excessive heat which is a common issue among other shelters. The top and the bottom of the tube are cuffed to protect the tree. Survival rates among trees protected by Miracle Tree Protectors is often within 90 to 100%. Watch the video below for instructions on how to install.
Tree tubes are designed to be zip tied to a wooden stake. Two 8-inch zip ties are included while stakes are not.
